Özyıldızlar Çelik is a sheet metal workshop in Tuzla, Istanbul, founded in 2010. We cut, bend and weld steel, stainless steel and aluminium parts to your drawing, from a single prototype to series production, and we can supply the material as well.
Services
- Fiber laser cutting: mild steel (S235, S275, S355), DKP, HRP, galvanized, stainless 304/316 and aluminium sheet.
- Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting: for thick plates, base plates, flanges and heavy structural parts.
- Press brake bending: brackets, enclosures, covers and panels, with first-part dimensional check.
- Rolling, welding and painting: finished, assembled parts delivered from one workshop.
- Material supply: steel sheet, plate, profiles and pipes from stock, cut to size.
How to get a quote
Send your drawing (DXF, DWG, STEP or a dimensioned PDF) together with material, thickness and quantity. Tell us if the parts need bending, welding or painting. We usually reply with a price and lead time on the same working day. You can write to us in English on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
Location and hours
Our workshop is in the İstim Industrial Site in Tuzla, on the Asian side of Istanbul, close to the Pendik, Gebze and Dilovası industrial zones and Sabiha Gökçen Airport. We are open Monday to Saturday, 07:00–18:30. Parts can be collected from the workshop or delivered by arrangement.
